Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents the latest evolution in core design. Featuring a fully oblique joint structure with a multi-stepped section, both the iron yoke and the core sections are meticulously engineered to ensure uniformity and efficiency.

Winding: Our windings utilize a corrugated oil passage and are manufactured without immersion paint processes, ensuring superior performance. The tightening belt secures the concentric coils, with high-voltage windings designed to meet specific tapping voltage requirements. The tap changer, installed on the box cover, allows for voltage adjustments to be made safely after disconnecting the power supply.

Safety protection device Our 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with advanced safety features, including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed per user specifications, providing enhanced protection and peace of mind.

Oil temperature measuring device: The transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat mounted at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, ensuring accurate temperature monitoring and operational safety.
