Iron Core: The core is constructed using high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. This innovative iron core features a multi-stepped core section design, ensuring equal sections for both the iron yoke and core.
Winding: The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage without immersion paint, secured with a tightening belt. The windings consist of concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding equipped with taps for adjusting tapping voltage requirements through a tap changer mounted on the box cover.
Safety Protection Device: The 30-2000kVA transformer comes with a pressure relief valve, and a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be added based on user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Additionally, the 1000-2000kVA transformer is furnished with an outdoor signal thermometer for enhanced monitoring.
