Iron Core: The core is constructed of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. This new type of iron core features a multi-stepped core section and equal sections for the iron yoke and core.
Winding: The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage without immersion paint, and the windings are tied with a tightening belt. The concentric coils include taps for tapping voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy voltage adjustments.
Safety Protection Device: The transformer includes a pressure relief valve for safety measures. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, the transformer features a tube seat at the top of the oil tank protruding into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included.
