Oil-immersed transformers offer a plethora of benefits, including superior heat dissipation performance that ensures the stable operation of the transformer. Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability, magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new generation of iron cores. The innovative full diagonal jointed structure features a multi-stepped section, ensuring equal sections for both the iron yoke and the iron core.

Winding: Our winding design incorporates a corrugated oil passage and eliminates the need for immersion paint, being securely fastened with tightening belts. The windings are concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding containing taps tailored to meet tapping voltage requirements, which are connected to the tap changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for changing the tap voltage after power cutoff.

Safety Protection Device Featuring robust safety mechanisms, our 30-2000kVA transformers come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed according to user requirements.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers are fitted with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For the 1000-2000kVA models, an outdoor signal thermometer is included.
