Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new era of core design. With a fully oblique jointed structure, it features a multi-stepped cross-section, ensuring equal sections across the iron yoke and core. This innovative structure enhances performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our winding design incorporates corrugated oil passages and a non-immersion paint process for superior performance. Each winding is tied with tightening belts and arranged in concentric coils. The high-voltage winding features taps that meet specific voltage requirements and is connected to the tap changer, mounted on the box cover. Voltage adjustments can be made safely by cutting off the power supply before changing tap settings.

Safety Protection Device For transformers ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, we include a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, providing enhanced safety and reliability.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers come equipped with a glass thermometer holder, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank, protruding into the oil by 120±10 mm. For transformers between 1000 and 2000kVA, we also provide an outdoor signal thermometer for precise temperature monitoring.

A: Typically, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and durable brown cartons. However, if you have a legally registered patent, we are more than happy to pack the goods in your branded boxes upon receiving your authorization letters.
