Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new generation in core design. The fully oblique jointed core boasts a multi-stepped section, and both the iron yoke and core maintain uniform sections, enhancing overall performance.

Winding: Our winding technique features corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with tightening belts. Concentric coil windings ensure superior performance: high-voltage windings include taps for voltage adjustments, leading to a tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy voltage modulation post power cut-off.

Safety protection device Transformers rated between 30-2000kVA come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, based on user requirements, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed to ensure maximum safety.

Oil temperature measuring device: Our transformers feature a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included to monitor oil temperature reliably.
