The iron core is made of high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a new type of iron core with a fully oblique jointed iron core having a multi-stepped core section. The iron yoke and the iron core have equal sections.
The winding adopts a corrugated oil passage design without immersion paint process. The windings are tied with a tightening belt and consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps corresponding to tapping voltage requirements, which can be adjusted using the tap changer mounted on the box cover.
The 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided.
