Iron Core: The iron core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section. The iron yoke and core have equal sections.
Winding: The winding adopts a corrugated oil passage and no immersion paint process. The windings are concentric coils with high-voltage winding taps for voltage requirements. The tap changer switch is mounted on the box cover for easy access.
Safety Protection Device: The transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve for safety. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed upon user request.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer comes with a glass thermometer tube holder. The tube seat is positioned at the top of the oil tank, protruding into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included.
