Oil-immersed transformers boast a plethora of advantages. They exhibit exceptional heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring the transformer operates stably under various conditions. With outstanding insulation performance and high reliability, these transformers promise safe and dependable service. Their voltage adjustability meets diverse electrical demands, while the mature technology ensures cost-effectiveness.

Iron Core: The iron core is crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This new-generation iron core features full oblique joints and a multi-stepped core section design, providing equal sections for the iron yoke and the core itself, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: The winding design includes corrugated oil passages and eliminates the need for immersion paint processes. Using tightening belts and concentric coils, the high-voltage winding features taps that correspond to tapping voltage requirements and are connected to the tap changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for voltage adjustments post power-off.

Safety protection device : For transformers rated between 30-2000kVA, a pressure relief valve is included. Additionally, a user-specified gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed for enhanced safety.

Oil temperature measuring device: The transformer comes equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat positioned atop the oil tank and projecting 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers rated between 1000-2000kVA are fitted with an outdoor signal thermometer for precise temperature monitoring.
