Iron Core: The iron core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section for enhanced efficiency.
Winding: The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage design without immersion paint. The windings consist of concentric coils, with high-voltage winding taps for voltage adjustments. The tap changer is conveniently located on the box cover for easy access.
Safety Protection Device: The transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve for added safety. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided for accurate temperature monitoring.
