Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core represents the pinnacle of modern engineering. Its novel full oblique joint design features a multi-stepped cross-section, ensuring equal sections for both the iron yoke and the core. This results in a highly efficient and durable iron core.

Winding: Our windings are designed with precision and innovation. Utilizing a corrugated oil passage, the windings are free from immersion paint processes and are tightly bound with a securing belt. Concentric coil designs are employed for the windings, featuring high-voltage taps that correspond to tapping voltage requirements. These are conveniently led to the tap changer, mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustments after power disconnection.

Safety protection device For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, we provide an advanced pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals is available, ensuring utmost safety and reliability as per user requirements.

Oil temperature measuring device: Equipped with a high-precision glass thermometer holder, the device is meticulously positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Moreover, transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range come with an outdoor signal thermometer, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature monitoring.
