The Iron Core Transformer by Global Power Equipment (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd features a core made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type with a fully oblique jointed iron core having a multi-stepped core section. The iron yoke and core have equal sections for optimal performance.
The winding of the transformer adopts a corrugated oil passage design with no immersion paint process. The windings are tied with a tightening belt and consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps corresponding to tapping voltage requirements, leading to the tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy adjustment of tap voltage after power supply.
For safety, the 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements for enhanced safety measures.
The transformer is equipped with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank protruding into the oil by 120±10 mm. Furthermore, the 1000-2000kVA transformer includes an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate oil temperature monitoring.
