Iron Core:
The iron core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a unique oblique jointed iron core with a multi-stepped core section for enhanced efficiency.
Winding:
The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage design without immersion paint. The windings consist of concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding having taps for voltage adjustments. The tap changer is conveniently located on the box cover for easy access.
Safety Protection Device:
For safety, the 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user requirements.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device:
The transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank with a 120±10 mm protrusion into the oil. The 1000-2000kVA transformer is also fitted with an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
