Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our transformer cores are a testament to modern engineering. Featuring a new type of core with multi-stepped sections, the full-oblique jointed iron core ensures equal sections across the iron yoke and the core itself, optimizing magnetic properties and efficiency.

Winding: Our windings utilize a corrugated oil passage and a unique no-immersion paint process, secured with tightening belts for added stability. The concentric coil design of the windings features high-voltage taps that meet specific tapping voltage requirements. All connections lead to a tap changer, conveniently mounted on the box cover for easy voltage adjustments after power supply cut-off.

Safety protection device Equipped with a pressure relief valve for transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, our safety features also include an optional gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal tailored to user specifications.

Oil temperature measuring device: Every transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat positioned at the oil tank's top and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For units between 1000-2000kVA, we provide an outdoor signal thermometer to ensure precise oil temperature monitoring.
