Oil-immersed transformers come with a plethora of advantages. They boast outstanding heat dissipation for steady operation, superior insulation for high reliability, and easy voltage adjustment to meet diverse electrical requirements. Additionally, their mature technology ensures cost-effectiveness.

Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core is a next-generation marvel. Featuring a fully oblique-jointed design, it has a multi-stepped core section, ensuring even sections between the iron yoke and core.

Winding: Our windings are designed with corrugated oil passages and free from immersion paint processes, secured tightly by a belt. These concentric coils feature high-voltage taps corresponding to voltage requirements, easily adjustable via a switch mounted on the box cover after turning off the power supply.

Safety protection device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come with a pressure relief valve and optionally equipped gas relay with alarm and trip terminal based on user needs.

Oil temperature measuring device: Our transformers feature a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Models ranging from 1000-2000kVA are also outfitted with an outdoor signal thermometer for enhanced monitoring.
