Iron Core:
The iron core of our transformers is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core features a unique design with a multi-stepped core section, ensuring equal sections for both the iron yoke and the iron core.
Winding:
Our transformers utilize a winding system with corrugated oil passages and a no-immersion paint process. The windings are secured with tightening belts and consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps to meet various voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy adjustment.
Safety Protection Device:
For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, a pressure relief valve is included as a safety measure. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device:
Our transformers come equipped with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank with a 120±10 mm protrusion into the oil. For transformers between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided for accurate temperature monitoring.
