Oil-immersed transformers boast numerous benefits. They provide exceptional heat dissipation, ensuring the transformer operates stably. With superior insulation and high reliability, these transformers are easy to adjust for different voltage requirements. Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new era in core design. Featuring a fully oblique jointed core with a multi-stepped section, both the iron yoke and the core have equal sections, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the transformer.

Winding: Our winding system employs corrugated oil passages, eschewing the immersion paint process, and is securely tied with tightening belts. The windings are concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding containing taps for voltage adjustment, which are connected to a tap changer. Mounted on the box cover, this switch allows for voltage adjustments after the power supply is cut off.

Safety protection device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements, ensuring optimum safety and reliability.

Oil temperature measuring device: The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending into the oil by 120±10mm. For transformers with a capacity of 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, enabling precise temperature monitoring.
