Iron Core: The core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section design for improved efficiency.
Winding: The winding features a corrugated oil passage design, no immersion paint process, and concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps for voltage adjustments, controlled by a tap changer mounted on the box cover.
Safety Protection Device: The transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve for safety. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be added based on user requirements.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided.
