Oil-immersed transformers boast numerous advantages: superior heat dissipation ensures stable transformer operation, exceptional insulation and high reliability guarantee safety, ease of voltage adjustment caters to diverse electricity needs, and the mature technology keeps costs relatively low.

Iron Core: Our iron core is crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The innovative design features a fully oblique jointed core, with a multi-stepped core section, ensuring equal sections across the iron yoke and the core.

Winding: The winding employs a corrugated oil passage and a non-immersion paint process, secured with tightening belts; concentric coils are used for windings. The high-voltage winding includes taps for tapping voltage requirements, which lead to the tap changer mounted on the box cover. The tap voltage can be adjusted after cutting off the power supply.

Safety Protection Device For transformers in the range of 30-2000kVA, a pressure relief valve is provided. Additionally, a gas relay with both alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer features a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers with capacities between 1000-2000kVA are equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer.
