Oil-immersed transformers bring a multitude of benefits. They excel in heat dissipation, ensuring the transformer operates smoothly and stably. They boast superior insulation performance and high reliability. Additionally, voltage adjustments can be easily made to suit diverse electrical requirements. With mature technology and relatively low costs, these transformers offer a robust solution for various energy needs.

Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new era in core technology. Featuring a fully oblique jointed design, the core section employs a multi-stepped step structure. Both the iron yoke and the iron core share equal sections, enhancing overall performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our windings utilize a corrugated oil passage and eschew the immersion paint process for improved performance. Tied with tightening belts, the concentric coil windings feature high-voltage taps that correspond to specific tapping voltage requirements. These taps are connected to a tap changer positioned on the box cover. Voltage can be adjusted as needed after disconnecting the power supply.

Safety protection device For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, we provide a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay equipped with alarm and trip terminals can be installed upon user request.

Oil temperature measuring device: Each transformer comes with a glass thermometer tube holder. The tube seat is located at the top of the oil tank and extends into the oil by 120±10 mm. For transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range, we include an outdoor signal thermometer for better monitoring.
