Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new paradigm in core design. Featuring a fully oblique jointed configuration, it boasts a multi-stepped sectional area, ensuring uniformity between the iron yoke and the core sections. This innovative design enhances performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our windings utilize a corrugated oil passage and a no-immersion paint process, secured tightly with a robust belt. These windings are concentric coils with high-voltage taps that correspond to specific voltage requirements. The taps are seamlessly integrated with the tap changer, mounted on the box cover, allowing for easy voltage adjustments post power supply cut-off.

Safety Protection Device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, for enhanced safety, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed, tailored to user specifications.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer features a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For transformers within the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is also provided, ensuring precise temperature monitoring.
