Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability, magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core is a marvel of modern engineering. Featuring a novel, fully oblique jointed design, the core section is multi-stepped, ensuring equal sections for both the iron yoke and the iron core, thereby enhancing performance and efficiency.

Winding: The winding is a testament to precision engineering, utilizing corrugated oil passage and forgoing the immersion paint process. It is tightly secured with a tightening belt and features concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps that align with tapping voltage requirements and is connected to a tap changer. Mounted on the box cover, the switch allows for easy voltage adjustments upon power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, we offer the option to install a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal based on user specifications, ensuring heightened safety and reliability.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is outfitted with a glass thermometer tube holder, strategically positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers rated between 1000-2000kVA, we enhance safety and functionality with an outdoor signal thermometer.
