Oil-immersed transformers offer many advantages. It has good heat dissipation performance and can effectively ensure the stable operation of the transformer; it has excellent insulation performance and high reliability; it is easy to adjust the voltage and can adapt to different electricity needs; and its technology is mature and its cost is relatively low.

Iron Core Transformer

Iron Core: The core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section for improved efficiency.

Winding: The winding adopts corrugated oil passage, no immersion paint process, and concentric coils. The high-voltage winding has taps for voltage adjustments, controlled by a tap changer mounted on the box cover.

Safety Protection Device: Equipped with a pressure relief valve and optional gas relay with alarm and trip terminal for added safety measures.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Includes a glass thermometer tube holder at the top of the oil tank for accurate temperature monitoring. Outdoor signal thermometer provided for 1000-2000kVA transformers.
