The core is constructed from high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. This new type of iron core features a fully oblique jointed iron core with a multi-stepped core section. The iron yoke and core have equal sections.
The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage and does not require an immersion paint process. The windings are tied with a tightening belt and consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps corresponding to tapping voltage requirements, which can be adjusted using the tap changer mounted on the box cover.
The 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user preferences.
The transformer features a tube holder for a glass thermometer, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank protruding into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included.
