The core is constructed with high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. This innovative iron core features a multi-stepped core section and equal sections for the iron yoke and core.
The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage without immersion paint, and the windings are secured with a tightening belt. The concentric coils ensure efficiency, with high-voltage winding offering taps for voltage adjustments via the tap changer mounted on the box cover.
For safety, the 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Moreover, the 1000-2000kVA transformer features an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
