Oil-immersed transformers are replete with advantages, making them indispensable in electrical power systems. These transformers boast exceptional heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring stable operation. Their superior insulation performance and high reliability make them a trusted choice. Iron Core: The core of our transformer is crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This innovative iron core design features a full oblique joint and a multi-stepped section, ensuring uniform sections between the iron yoke and the core itself, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings feature a unique corrugated oil passage design, eliminating the need for an immersion paint process, and are secured with tightening belts. These concentric coils include high-voltage windings with taps that meet tapping voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. Voltage adjustments can be made safely after power supply cutoff.

Safety protection device For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, a pressure relief valve is standard. Additionally, users can opt for a gas relay equipped with an alarm and trip terminal for enhanced safety and reliability.

Oil temperature measuring device: Our transformers come with a glass thermometer tube holder positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Models ranging from 1000-2000kVA are also equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer for precise temperature monitoring.
