Oil-immersed transformers are renowned for their numerous advantages. They offer exceptional heat dissipation performance, ensuring the stable operation of the transformer. Additionally, they boast superior insulation performance and high reliability. These transformers are easy to adjust for various voltage requirements, making them versatile for different electricity needs. Furthermore, the technology is mature, making it a cost-effective solution.

Iron Core: The core is meticulously crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This innovative type of iron core features a fully oblique joint design with a multi-stepped cross-section. Both the iron yoke and the core share equal sections, enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of the transformer.

Winding: Our winding design includes corrugated oil passages and eschews the immersion paint process. It is securely fastened with tightening belts. The windings feature concentric coils, with high-voltage winding taps tailored to meet specific tapping voltage requirements. These taps are connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustments after cutting off the power supply.

Safety protection device The 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, providing enhanced safety and operational reliability.

Oil temperature measuring device: For precise temperature monitoring, our transformers are outfitted with a glass thermometer tube holder, situated at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. The 1000-2000kVA transformers are further equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature readings in various conditions.
