Iron Core:
The core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section for improved efficiency.
Winding:
The winding features a corrugated oil passage, concentric coils, and taps for adjusting voltage requirements. The tap changer is easily accessible on the box cover for convenient voltage changes.
Safety Protection Device:
The transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve for added safety. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device:
The transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder with a tube seat at the top of the oil tank. The 1000-2000kVA transformer also comes with an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
