Iron Core: The core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section for improved efficiency.
Winding: The winding features a corrugated oil passage, concentric coils, and taps for adjusting voltage requirements. The tap changer is mounted on the box cover for easy access.
Safety Protection Device: Equipped with a pressure relief valve and optional gas relay with alarm and trip terminal for added safety measures.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Includes a glass thermometer tube holder with a tube seat at the top of the oil tank for accurate temperature monitoring. Outdoor signal thermometer included for 1000-2000kVA transformers.
