The core is constructed of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. This new type of iron core features a multi-stepped core section and equal sections for the iron yoke and core.
The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage without immersion paint, secured with a tightening belt. The windings consist of concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding having taps for voltage adjustments through a tap changer mounted on the box cover.
For 30-2000kVA transformers, a pressure relief valve is included. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
The transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank protruding 120±10 mm into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided.
