Oil-immersed transformers bring a plethora of benefits. They exhibit exceptional heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring the steady performance of the transformer. Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core exemplifies innovation. Featuring a fully oblique jointed core with a multi-stepped section, the design ensures that the iron yoke and the core maintain uniform sections, enhancing the overall efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our winding design incorporates a corrugated oil passage and dispenses with the immersion paint process, utilizing a tightening belt for secure assembly. The concentric coil windings include high-voltage taps that correspond to specific tapping voltage requirements. These are conveniently connected to the tap changer, mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustments after the power supply is cut off.

Safety protection device The 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, based on user specifications, a gas relay with alarm and trip functions can be installed to enhance safety.

Oil temperature measuring device: Designed for precision, the transformer features a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, ensuring accurate temperature readings.
