The core is constructed using high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core features a unique design with a multi-stepped core section, ensuring equal sections for the iron yoke and core.
The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage and does not require immersion paint. The windings consist of concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding including taps for voltage adjustments. The tap changer, mounted on the box cover, allows for easy voltage changes after power supply.
Comes equipped with a pressure relief valve for 30-2000kVA transformers. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements for added safety.
Includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Outdoor signal thermometers are provided for 1000-2000kVA transformers.
