Iron Core:
The iron core of our transformers is made of high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a unique design with a multi-stepped core section for improved efficiency.
Winding:
Our transformers utilize corrugated oil passages and concentric coils for the winding process. The high-voltage winding includes taps for adjusting voltage requirements, with a tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy access.
Safety Protection Device:
For added safety, our 30-2000kVA transformers come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device:
Each transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank for accurate temperature readings. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included for enhanced monitoring.
