The core is constructed from high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type with a unique oblique jointed design, featuring a multi-stepped core section for enhanced efficiency.
The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage without immersion paint, secured with a tightening belt. The windings consist of concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding featuring taps for voltage adjustments through a tap changer mounted on the box cover.
For safety, the 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank protruding 120±10 mm into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided for accurate temperature monitoring.
