Oil-immersed transformers carry a multitude of benefits. They offer superior heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring the stable operation of the transformer. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new era in core design. Featuring a fully oblique jointed configuration with multi-stepped sections, the iron yoke and core maintain equal cross-sections, enhancing performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our winding incorporates corrugated oil passage and a no-immersion paint process, secured by a tightening belt. The concentric coils feature high-voltage windings with taps matching the tapping voltage requirements, connected to the tap changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows voltage changes post power supply cut-off.

Safety Protection Device The 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed to meet user specifications.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Transformers are equipped with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included for precise temperature monitoring.
