The iron core is constructed using high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a unique design with a multi-stepped core section and equal sections for the iron yoke and core.
The winding includes a corrugated oil passage, no immersion paint process, and concentric coils. The high-voltage winding has taps for adjusting voltage requirements, with a tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy access.
Transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA come equipped with a pressure relief valve. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be added based on user preferences.
Each transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided for accurate temperature monitoring.
