Iron Core:
The iron core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section. The iron yoke and core have equal sections.
Winding:
The winding adopts a corrugated oil passage and no immersion paint process. The windings are concentric coils with high-voltage winding taps for tapping voltage requirements. The tap changer switch is mounted on the box cover for easy voltage changes.
Safety Protection Device:
The 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device:
The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer. The tube seat is positioned at the top of the oil tank, protruding 120±10 mm into the oil. The 1000-2000kVA transformer also features an outdoor signal thermometer.
