Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core is at the forefront of design. Featuring a fully oblique jointed construction, the core exhibits a multi-stepped section, ensuring uniformity between the iron yoke and the core itself for unparalleled performance.

Winding: Utilizing a corrugated oil passage and eliminating immersion paint processes, our windings are secured with tightening belts for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage winding taps, linked to the tap changer for effortless voltage adjustments. The switch, conveniently mounted on the box cover, allows for voltage changes post power cut-off, ensuring seamless operational flexibility.

Safety Protection Device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with a pressure relief valve as standard. Additionally, a gas relay featuring both alarm and trip terminals can be installed to meet specific user requirements, offering an extra layer of safety.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder, strategically positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil for precise temperature monitoring. Transformers between 1000-2000kVA are also equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer to ensure accurate and reliable temperature readings.
