Our oil-immersed transformers boast a myriad of advantages. They offer superior heat dissipation, ensuring stable and reliable operation. With excellent insulation properties, they provide high reliability and easy voltage adjustment to meet diverse electricity demands. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our innovative iron core design features a fully oblique joint and a multi-stepped section. This advanced construction ensures equal sections for the iron yoke and the core, enhancing overall efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our winding process incorporates corrugated oil passages and a no-immersion paint method, secured with a tight binding belt. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps that correspond to specific voltage requirements, leading to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. Voltage adjustments can be made by cutting off the tap, ensuring flexibility and precision.

Safety protection device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with pressure relief valves and can include a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals per user specifications, ensuring maximum safety and operational integrity.

Oil temperature measuring device: Each transformer comes with a glass thermometer tube holder, mounted at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For units between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, providing accurate and reliable temperature monitoring.

A: We generally pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons for maximum protection. If you have a legally registered patent, we can also pack the goods in your branded boxes upon receiving your authorization letters.
