Iron Core:
The iron core of this transformer is made of high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a unique design with a multi-stepped core section, ensuring equal sections for both the iron yoke and core.
Winding:
The winding of the transformer adopts a corrugated oil passage design without immersion paint. The windings are tightly secured with a tying belt and consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps for adjusting the tapping voltage, which can be easily changed using the tap changer mounted on the box cover.
Safety Protection Device:
For safety, the 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device:
The transformer is fitted with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included for accurate temperature monitoring.
