Oil-immersed transformers provide a wealth of benefits. They boast exceptional heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring the transformer's stable operation. With excellent insulation and high reliability, they are adaptable to various voltage needs. Their mature technology and relatively low cost make them an ideal choice for a wide range of applications.

Iron Core: Constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new design paradigm. Featuring a fully oblique jointed iron core with a multi-stepped cross-section, both the iron yoke and core share equal sections, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings employ a corrugated oil passage, eliminating the need for immersion paint processes, and are securely tied with tightening belts. Designed as concentric coils, the high-voltage winding includes taps for varied voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. Voltage adjustments can be made easily after disconnecting the power supply.

Safety Protection Device Transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, providing enhanced safety and operational reliability.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers having capacities from 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided, ensuring accurate temperature monitoring and operational safety.
