The core is constructed of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type with a unique design for optimal performance.
The winding features a corrugated oil passage, no immersion paint process, and concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps for voltage adjustments, controlled by a tap changer mounted on the box cover.
Our 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve for added safety. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided for accurate temperature monitoring.
