Iron Core: The core features high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This innovative type of iron core has a fully oblique joint, multi-stepped cross-section, and equal sectional areas for both the iron yoke and the core, ensuring optimal performance.

Winding: The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage with a non-immersion paint process and is secured with a tightening belt. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps that meet specific tapping voltage requirements and are connected to a tap changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for voltage adjustment after power is cut off.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user specifications, ensuring maximum safety and operational integrity.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, the transformer features a tube seat arranged at the top of the oil tank, protruding 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided for precise temperature monitoring.
