Iron Core: The iron core is crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This state-of-the-art iron core features a fully oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped cross-section, ensuring uniform sectioning of the core and iron yoke. The innovative structure is designed to enhance performance and efficiency.

Winding: The winding features a corrugated oil passage and employs a no-immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt. These concentric coils include high-voltage windings with taps that meet specific voltage requirements, leading to the tap changer. The switch is conveniently mounted on the box cover, allowing for easy voltage changes after the power supply is cut off.

Safety Protection Device Transformers in the 30-2000kVA range come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be added based on user specifications, providing enhanced safety and operational security.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder, strategically positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers within the 1000-2000kVA range are also fitted with an outdoor signal thermometer, ensuring precise temperature monitoring and maintenance.
