Iron Core: The iron core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section. The iron yoke and core have equal sections.
Winding: The winding adopts a corrugated oil passage design with no immersion paint process. The windings are concentric coils, and the high-voltage winding has taps for voltage adjustments. The tap changer switch is mounted on the box cover for easy access.
Safety Protection Device: The transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve for added safety. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer comes with a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank. The 1000-2000kVA transformer includes an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
