Oil-immersed transformers boast a multitude of advantages. They excel in heat dissipation, ensuring the transformer's stable operation. With superior insulation performance and high reliability, they provide dependable service. Iron Core: The core of this transformer is crafted from high-permeability, magnetically-grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. Employing a novel iron core design, the fully oblique jointed core features a multi-stepped section, with the iron yoke and core maintaining equal sections for enhanced efficiency.

Winding: The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage and eschews immersion paint processes, secured with tightening belts. These concentric coil windings include a high-voltage winding with taps designed to meet specific tapping voltage requirements. The taps connect to a switch mounted on the box cover, allowing voltage adjustments post power supply disconnection.

Safety Protection Device: Our 30-2000kVA transformers come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, ensuring maximum safety.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat extending into the oil tank by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, providing precise temperature monitoring.
