Iron Core: The core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section for improved efficiency.
Winding: The winding features a corrugated oil passage, concentric coils, and taps for adjusting voltage requirements. The tap changer is mounted on the box cover for easy access.
Safety Protection Device: The transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve for added safety. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed as per user requirements.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer comes with a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank. Additionally, the 1000-2000kVA transformer includes an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
