As a result, it significantly reduces no-load loss and noise, embodying the essence of our self-developed engineering excellence.

Oil-immersed transformers come with a multitude of advantages. They offer superior heat dissipation, ensuring stable operation of the transformer. These transformers boast excellent insulation performance and high reliability. Additionally, they make voltage adjustments easy to accommodate various electricity needs. Their mature technology and relatively low cost make them a highly economical choice.

Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new type of core design. It features a fully oblique jointed structure with a multi-stepped step core section, ensuring equal sectional areas for both the iron yoke and the iron core.

Winding: The winding is designed with corrugated oil passages, eliminating the need for immersion paint processes and secured tightly with a tightening belt. Employing concentric coils, the high-voltage winding includes taps that meet specific voltage requirements and are connected to a tap changer. This switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for tap voltage changes once the power supply is cut off.

Safety Protection Device The transformer, ranging from 30-2000kVA, is equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user requirements.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range are further equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer.
