Oil-immersed transformers present a plethora of benefits. They excel in heat dissipation, ensuring the stable operation of the transformer. Boasting excellent insulation performance and high reliability, these transformers are designed to meet diverse electrical needs with ease. Iron Core: Our transformer core is constructed from high-permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This innovative iron core features a fully oblique joint design, with a multi-stepped section for the core. The iron yoke and core are meticulously designed to have equal sections, enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of the transformer.

Winding: Our windings are crafted with corrugated oil passages and employ a no-immersion paint process, tightened securely with binding belts. These concentric coil windings feature high-voltage taps to meet various voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. Adjustments to tap voltage can be made safely after disconnecting the power supply, ensuring operational flexibility and safety.

Safety Protection Device For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, a pressure relief valve is standard. Additionally, a gas relay equipped with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user specifications, ensuring maximum safety and immediate response.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers come with a glass thermometer tube holder, mounted at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. Models ranging from 1000-2000kVA are also equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer, providing accurate and real-time temperature monitoring.
