Oil-immersed transformers present numerous advantages. They boast exceptional heat dissipation performance, ensuring stable transformer operation. Additionally, they offer superior insulation performance and high reliability. These transformers are easily adjustable to meet various voltage requirements, and their mature technology renders them cost-effective.

Iron Core: Our iron core is constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This modern iron core features a fully oblique joint design, with a multi-stepped section for improved efficiency. The iron yoke and the iron core share equal sections, enhancing overall performance.

Winding: The winding configuration features a corrugated oil passage and a no-immersion paint process, secured tightly with a fastening belt. The windings are concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding inclusive of taps aligned with tapping voltage requirements. These taps lead to the tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustments post power supply cut-off.

Safety Protection Device For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, a pressure relief valve is included. Additionally, a gas relay equipped with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed as per user specifications.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers rated between 1000-2000kVA are outfitted with an outdoor signal thermometer for enhanced monitoring.
